As a Global leader in supplying special event linen, we are happy to offer worldwide shipping! We ship most orders via UPS. Swatch orders and samples are usually mailed through the US Postal Service.
Most orders ship within 5-7 business days. Our products are made to order, so production times apply. Some orders, depending on size and fabric availability, may require more time. Note that we’re extremely busy during our peak season (March-August), and lead times can range from 5-10 business days or more. Please plan accordingly.
Once your order is completed and shipped, expect to receive it in 1-4 business days if you’re within the US. Alaska and Puerto Rico require 5 business days. International shipments may take longer.
Expedited shipping options are available upon request. Keep in mind that expedited shipping only decreases the amount of time that your order is in shipping transit, and will not decrease production time.
International orders will be shipped via UPS Standard Ground Service or US Postal Service. All International customers are responsible for all fees resulting from their purchase, including duty fees, taxes, brokerage fees, etc. All International clients must provide a telephone number for customs clearance purposes.
