Color Policy
All fabric shades are subject to dye lot changes. Orders for the same item placed at various times may differ in shade due to changes in dye lots. Note that all computer monitors are configured differently and thus will display colors differently. For the most accurate color reference, please request a swatch. Even swatches, however, are subject to dye lot variations. Note also that color codes/names corresponding to shades may differ from one material to the next. (EX: Purple #1032 in Bridal Satin may differ from Purple #1032 in Taffeta, etc.).

Out of Stock Items
Color/Stock Levels Are Not Guaranteed. The majority of our products are manufactured upon order and in most cases are not available for immediate shipping. If an item or color you purchase is out of stock you will be notified via phone or email. If you decide not to choose another color or await the items arrival, we will issue a Full Refund.

Typographical Errors
Prestige Linens is not responsible for typographical mistakes in item descriptions or item price. Please contact us immediately if you feel you have found an error in one of our descriptions or prices.

Accepted Payment Methods are Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER), PayPal, Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Personal Check (Orders will be shipped out 7-10 business days after receipt of payments made with personal checks). Payment must be received in full before order processing begins.

Returns & Exchanges
Prestige Linens has a no refunds/no exchanges policy due to the nature of the use of our products, and the fact that most orders are manufactured upon order. Please make your product and color selections carefully as we will not be able to return or exchange products. Please inspect all orders immediately upon delivery. Discrepancies in color/quantity/size etc. must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. No claims will be accepted after this period. Irregularity of 3% is accepted on all products, which includes sizing on all products. All orders with damage or other discrepancy claims will be either repaired or replaced upon return of original goods. Refund will only be processed in the case that the products are irreparable or irreplaceable. Exchanges for color discrepancies or issues with fitting will not be accepted. We suggest that clients request fabric, color, or product samples prior to purchase if slight color or size discrepancies are not acceptable for your application.

Note that Prestige Linens makes every effort to deliver products by the requested date provided by our customers. In rare cases, UPS (or whichever freight carrier is elected to deliver your package) is not able to deliver packages for various reasons ranging from adverse weather conditions to technical or mechanical issues. International clients should also expect some delay for products clearing customs. Please ensure that you provide ample time between ordering and your required need-by date in the event that your package is delayed in transit. Since all products are cut and sewn to order, Prestige Linens will not be able to return goods that are not delivered in time in such events.

Washing & Maintenance
Prestige Linens provides suggestions on washing and maintaining fabrics on each product page based on the content of the fabric. These are strictly suggestions and are not guaranteed. Prestige Linens has not and does not test materials for maintenance procedures. All products should be tested prior to washing/drying/steaming or any other maintenance process is performed. Prestige Linens is not responsible for products being damaged through any maintenance or cleaning process. Clients are advised to thoroughly test the material they are purchasing to avoid possible damage during cleaning and maintenance.

Clearance Items
All clearance inventory is sold 'as is'. No refunds or exchanges are accepted on any clearance products. All clearance inventory is limited inventory. Advertised pricing is limited to stock quantities of clearance inventory.
