SHIPPING:
Prestige Linens ships all orders via United Parcel Service (UPS). Other means of shipping may be arranged for clients outside of the continental United States. Please contact us for International shipping quotes at sales@PrestigeLinens.com.
            Most orders will ship within 5 business days. Some orders, depending on color and volume, may take over 10 business days to process. Please keep in mind that we are extremely busy during peak wedding season months, and lead times can extend over 10 business days. Please plan accordingly. Prestige Linens will not be responsible for orders that do not arrive in time for an event. Please consider both lead time as well as shipping transit times when placing your order. Prestige Linens cannot guarantee delivery dates. Be advised that products are manufactured upon order, and in most cases are not ready for immediate shipping.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
            Prestige Linens is not able to return or exchange products due to the nature of their use. All sales are final, no exceptions. Please make color selections carefully, as we will not be able to exchange orders for color discrepancies. Be advised that swatch colors may appear slightly different from their original shade on your computer screen. All monitors display colors differently, depending on their configuration.
            Please inspect orders immediately upon delivery. Mistakes in color/quantity/size etc. must be made within 3 business days of delivery. No claims will be accepted after this period. Irregularity of 5% is accepted on all items.
